The below is a letter I mailed to The Secretary of State, Eric Clark.  I want to know, and I want the people of Mississippi to know, all about the

            Eric Clark:

I need information about the Miss-Code.  What is the Miss-Code?  Who owns the Miss-Code? Why is the Miss-Code copyrighted? What does the Miss-Code do for the people of Mississippi? Who has developed the Miss-Code? And why is the Miss-Code kept out of the hands of the people of Mississippi?

I am in the process of writing about the Miss-Code in order to place the  information on my website.  I do not understand how  the Miss-Code works, and how it benefits the people of Mississippi.

Please answer the above questions and I will ensure your answer will be placed on the Internet.

Sincerely,

  Steven A. McCaleb

This letter will be faxed and mailed to The Secretary of State, Eric Clark
