James "Jim" Simpson is Chairman of the Local & Private Legislation committee. He also serves on the Insurance, Judiciary A, Public Utilities, and Ways & Means committees. (Why has Attorney & Legislature Simpson not investigated Ben Clark, Harrison County Building Code Office)?
Public Utilities: Wranps Inc. received electrical power without obtaining an electrical permit. I would think, being a legislature, he would investigate and prosecute Director, Ben Clark, and the Harrison County Building Code Office.
